I think 6 or 7 wins is possible this season

This is the same team we've seen the last 3 years. Shooting ourselves in the foot on offense, unbelievable penalties that kill drives, bad breaks that extend opponent's drives, defense keeps it close until they run out of gas, close late in the third only to be blown open in the 4th, inexcusable ST play.

Unless we play a perfect game or two early, expect the team to quit like they did last year and put in some pathetic games where we're blown out from the first snap.

If the game is on TV and I don't have other plans, I'll watch, but I'm not going out of my way.
 
It is not. You’re getting sucked in by the fact that our talent is good enough to win 6/7 games. Our coaching is emphatically not. He’s actively hindering our players. He’s a ööööing moron and I don’t understand how some fans haven’t figured it out yet. He does not understand how to manage a game. He’s is one of the worst gameday coaches to ever have a headset. And he re-proves it every week. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills here.

Ya but he was once called an elite defensive coach by otherz.
 
This is not the first time he’s walked into halftime with TOs when we had a chance to take momentum / score. This is not the first time he’s been tricked into wasting TOs. This is not the first time we’ve looked like we’ve belonged on the field and lost by 20+. This is the 4th season of incompetence and some of y’all still seem to think that the recruiting bump which he literally hasn’t delivered is enough to give him leash.
 
Defense definitely looked better. Sims looked better. OL, receivers, TE’s looked bad. Backs would have looked better if they hadn’t kept falling all night. Punting gave them two scores. I could still see 6-7 wins. We won’t face a better team than Clemson until Georgia.
 
im not sure how anyone can really be upset about the performance we put out there.

That was the second best team we'll play all year and we stood toe to toe with them. Bullshit time management (and seriously, if anyone has an in, ill tell cgc when to call timeouts, and as a bonus ill tell him when to go for two, 4th down, etc., and ill do it for free). But 2 blocked punts make that game look bad, best game ive seen us play in a long time, defense looked great.

Id also say the, "getting off the bus metric" I don't think we were that outclassed

totally agree. Like I said in the game thread, you can see visible improvement in Sims, our PK, our DL, our WRs. Yet Collins gameday coaching/management has absolutely gotten worse with every year. Not sure how that's even possible.
