I think 6 or 7 wins is possible this season

I think pretty much all of the criticism directed at Collins has been fair and on point, but let's not act like this was a 4-quarter butt kicking. Clemson pulled away late when our defense was gassed and they chose to keep piling on the points after we'd waved the white flag, which is their prerogative.

Not sure I get the analogy, but if I had multiple women offering me large sums of money to marry them, I would probably select the one with the least amount of baggage.

The point is that if and when he wants to go somewhere, he will have a lot of options. Why would he want to come to GT if he could go somewhere less difficult and get paid the same.

what other school? the only open jobs are nebraska, texas, colorado? Does texas want him? Maybe.. if not we'd be the next best landing spot Atlanta is a great place to live.. our fanbase is much more foregiving than Texas's

We definitely would be able to....however not with our current HC. If we win 3 he's overachieved. Period. Our HC is a bum to put it mildly and we are going nowhere. I'm not hanging my hat off 1 good throw (Sims definitely regressed after halftime) or one good half of football. They would have 14 more if the DBs could catch a cold with the AIDS virus....they'd still be running to Canada

What happens when a team’s head coach is clueless? 3 wins a year max? Are we averaging 3 wins because of the staff or in spite of them. That’s worth considering at this point.
One down, two to go. And you claimed Coach Clown would be great. It’s funny now when you criticize others opinions as if you have a leg to stand on.

I thought a lot of things until i went there

i thought we would have foundational piece at Guard until i learned he was tired of GT and was leaving regardless

I thought we going to have a Top 5 DT in country but he died

I thought we had Day 1 starting elite WR but he committed suicide

I thought we going to be able make jump in development of the basics but COVID hit a team that was rebuilding

He wasn't good enough to start at his new school, what makes you think he would've been much better than what we ended up with?

There is 0 evidence he was even top half of the ACC, top 5 in the country is pure delusion.

He didn't have much production in HS. He had the physical tools, but day 1 starter is optimistic absurdity.

Everyone had covid, it doesn't track as an excuse.
