Bradley has 2 major programs among his primary readers...Tech and Georgia. If he didn't comment on both of those, he wouldn't be doing his job.

It appears he was responding to a question put to him by a Tech fan.

As for Georgia Tech: A reader asked if I’d have put the Jackets in a Top 40. My answer: No.

got to prove they can beat Florida and Bama first. Combined 0-20 against them recently. Lost 9 in a row to Alabama and 11 in a row to Florida.

There is no reason to deride GT like this. He should have said something like GT will be somewhere between 3-9 and 9-3 next year. There is no way to predict us based in the past two seasons.

As I quoted in my original post and I still stand by my statement. It wasn't necessary for for him to include that in his article. Reporting on the obvious is not good reporting. He's just being an idiot.

I would not rank a 3-9 team in the top 40 either BUT given a much softer schedule and a hopefully much improved offense, I would not be surprised by this team winning 8 or 9 games. We will see.
 
Bunch of mental pussies. I say bring up how pathetic we've been as often as possible til something changes. For example, the "basketball" program has gotten a free pass for way too long now. Call Gregory's ass out. Talk about how bad he is at all parts of his job.

That's just it. He isn't a reporter. He's a sports writer. He's paid to have an opinion.

I get that you think he's using that opportunity to pick on Tech. My response is similar to what Dan Quinn said when asked about whether it made him made that the Carolina Panthers were celebrating during their blowout win over Atlanta. "Just win the öööö game(s) and then there won't be an issue."
 
With this writing Mark will not have to do a donation to Dawg Nation. That is normally a standard payroll deduction at the AJC.

Ok, so I used the wrong terminology. I would hardly call his 2 sentences on Tech, sports writing. I'm not paid to have an opinion, but I still have one. His arrogance shows in his work. It was condescending and unnecessary.
 
In 2014 we had good luck. In 2015 we had bad luck.

11 wins plus 3 wins = 14. Decide by 2 = 7 wins per year.

In 6 years before those, average 8 wins / year, but 14 - 24 vs big 5.

So we will probably be a top 40 team. Don't know why that is special for a school like GT.

Bradley? Did anyone hate him when he said we would beat uconn and win the NC?
