I was not born yet when George Maloof played at GaTech in the early 50's. However, I went to GT with his grandson Jeff...who played football.

I was friends with a couple of Maloof's nephews and nieces or were they grand nephews and nieces.

I am 40 years old...and Jeff and I entered GT in the same freshman class...along with Jay Martin, Joe Siffri, Thomas Balkcom, Scott Aldredge, Steve Davenport...that bunch

If Jeff is a Maloof and if he's related to George, then he's not a grandson. George's kids are roughly 52, 49, and 46.
