Jackets upend duh-U! Post game celebrate here!

Philo is getting a great 1st year experience with really good training wheels on. We won't have the "this is the first time he has ever played in a meaningful game" heebie jeebies when he takes over.

Gee we won’t see many of the CBK and staff can’t coach posts for at least 2 more weeks. Those handles will now pretend they never said negative things as well.

Great team win, period. Bowl game locked up.

Hopefully Haynes King can get well enough the next 2 weeks to finish against NCSU, uga strong.

Cause I'd rather have him for 3 years after King leaves than 2. 1 extra win doesn't make a difference this year.
No guarantees anymore. And I beg to differ. There is 1 win I will take every year whatever the cost…kinda.

If Philo is the player we WANT to play for 3 years then he could definitely bolt to a big name program as a RS Jr with a degree and looking to improve draft stock. And I wouldn’t blame him given the pile of cash that would be backed up for him in this case.

IMO it will be mistake to burn Philo's redshirt so Pyron needs to be the #2 for either NCSt or UGAg.
It'll be a tough break for Pyron if the two games he got are it, but with the rotation today, he's likely done. Shouldn't care about the redshirt thats 3 years to get a replacement and we got a dude from a Texas already on the way, if we need Philo to beat the dogs because no one else can throw it downfield then he should be out there

It does matter when you are trying to build a program and get momentum.

If he helps you win, you play him. Don't play him for 2 plays, but if he has to be part of the gameplan like today for us to beat NCST, then play him

Oh yes it does if it keeps a couple of stud OLs that turn out to be what we think they could be.

I want to see what a sophomore first team All ACC OT feels like. I bet it feels pretty good.

110% effort from every coach and player today!

Excellent play calls on both sides.

Little if any mistakes on both sides. Zero critical errors.

That was one of the nastiest, hardest hitting games I've seen from both teams in a long time. Both teams punched each other in the mouth for 60 minutes.

Excellent, program-building TOUGH win!
It was a slugfest from an already injured team. Our guys will be feeling it after the adrenaline wears off. Here’s hoping they can ease off a bit next week and get healthy for COFH.
