I've been to Ellis Bros Pecans a couple times and they've got some good shit in there.

He will. In the meantime there's nothing wrong with getting excited about decent recruits who are excited about getting a Tech offer. No need to dampen it. Its a new day. Embrace the optimism.

Yeah...when he commits it's thread worthy. I don't feel like it's uncommon for kids to tweet every offer they get. Still, props the CGC for hitting the ground running.

How many flips did CPJ pull off over the years?

I LOVE PJ but he didn’t pull that off very often. The new guy did it on his first day of work.

Actually CPJ and his staff were pretty damn strict about who they offered. Never made any damn sense to me, and I loved Johnson

Some fans love PJ but they feel that to praise another coach for something they do better than PJ is emotionally a breach of loyalty for their favorite coach.

It's not, but that is how they enotionally feel.
 
Well he did flip a kid from Alabama that worked out well for Tech. I'm sure it's because they wouldn't let him play quarterback or something or other and it really wasn't Johnson that flipped him, he just wanted to come here blah blah blah.

But on a serious note it was few and far between.
 
I like pj. I hope I will like cgc. We definitely went from one extreme to the other. Pj seemed to be a no nonsense, old school type coach and now we have the flashy car salesman, everybody's best friend type coach. They have different approaches but that's doesn't mean they can't both be successful.

It's going to take some getting used to but it may just be a car salesman that we need these days.
