This is how you portal. Leave that former 5* DE alone. Look for dudes who are ready to "transfer up". He's going to gloss both his degree and his draft stock. Great move for both parties it would seem!

In theory this is a 100% free transfer year, but if athletes try to leave Ohio State for any reason, the NCAA will break glass and hit a red button that raises a Berlin Wall around all campuses.
