True, I blame the Virginia schools though mostly. Regularly losing to ECU, Richmond, James Madison, etc makes the whole conference look bad. We have contributed to the poor reputation under Collins, but let's hope our next HC returns us to good standing - it will help lift the whole conference.

More recently Boston College and Syracuse haven’t done much in football to held the league reputation.

Yeah, it must be tough to be a Syracuse football fan. They won 10 games in 2018, but 2 years later they were 1-10. I think they were brought into the ACC as a basketball program, but they have not carried their weight in that sport either.

I'm a bit surprised they didn't go for Hugh Freeze, who is a better coach than Kiffin and also doesn't go around running his mouth quite as much. Then again, I don't give a *! @ about Auburn so to hell with them along with Georgia.
