Taking the question too seriously, if you go to ESPN and add up the predictions for the remaining ACC games:

GT: 1.173
LIB: 0.263

Those are the expected values for additional wins for each team (according to ESPN's predictions). Since Tech and Liberty both currently have 2 wins, odds are GT will end up with more.
