Lucas Johnson

Considering our 2 and 3 are a redshirt and true freshman who have never taken a snap, yes. Any QB injury is bad news. I say throw Graham in if Marshall has trouble.

agreed - more upside with Graham.

Yall want to take a true frosh who wasn't here in the spring, played out of the shotgun in HS, and put him in at QB? I'm curious what offense you plan on him running. :lol2:

Also I loved Oliver's film out of HS.

Yeah it is a bad thing. Taquan missed the spring game because "he was beat up from last year." One bad hit and we're down to Tobias and Graham. And as much öööö as I talk about Taquan, he's probably the less fumble prone of the three.
TaQuon missed the spring game with strep throat I believe.

A truse frosh beat uga in the title game and prevented apocalypse. Graham is the future.

The one where he runs past everyone and throws bombs like a kid in the schoolyard. In all seriousness, I don't know much about Oliver. My line of thinking was; If Quon struggles early or gets hurt, it's probably a doomed year so I'd like to get the best athlete we've got some the on the job training.

He was also an early enrollee who had been with the team for two full semesters before being forced to play. Graham has been with the team for about two weeks.

He is gonna win us the title. I've seen it in a dream.

Obviously he'd run the same QB Option Keeper offense TM is running.

exactly. Graham is the future and may be a generational guy. Tobias seems like another run-first guy. Run first to 6 wins. Meh. Throw in the frosh. See Alabama vs mutts. That shit can work.

Suddenly it's bad news that we are down a guy that hasn't even convinced the coach that he should the #2.

Or couldn't show last year that he was a better option at QB than an A-back.

I remember feeling pretty good about him as a contender for the starting job in the fall when I left the spring game. I seem to recall he threw a nice ball on several routes (one was a really pretty post-corner route to Stewart if memory serves) and showed some good elusiveness among other things.

For as little as that’s worth.
