I think recruiting a QB has been as much of a problem as

Yeah, I think he even joked about Joe Hamilton making him "a genius."

His offense needs a QB with excellent decision making capabilities to change the play to match the defense. THEN, the QB also needs the talent to execute the play.

Interesting inteview with Jim Grobe today on ESPN radio where he said wtte "you never know when you recruit a kid whether he has the ability to make plays under pressure". Said he'd like to think they coached Skinner up, but a lot of his ability is what he brings to the game himself.
