I agree so far all this Transfer Portal recruiting has produced is three 3 win seasons...

But maybe it prevented 0 1 or 2 win seasons. That’s not saying much but I think we were better with the transfers than we would have been without them.

These recruiting rankings are NOT 'proof of concept'

The only way the cgc experiment was going to work was 'elite' recruiting, and proof of concept was to actually prevail in head to head recruiting battles with the 'big boys' (Gibbs only known occurrence, and we now see him depart for 'greener pastures')

Must combine elite recruiting with competent player development and game day execution, so far, a face plant
