The top tier includes only those with some P5 level HC success. IMHO this is where we should be looking.
I think the first four at minimum should be interviewed and given consideration.

Agreed. We are swimming in the group of 5 up and coming waters (Chadwell, Ty Helton etc) or a truly out of the box hire like Deion. Otherwise, a P5 coordinator or position coach if we really want to take a risk. (Dell McGee, etc). These names here aren't it.
