Most of the board wants Deion and this guy leaves it off his poll. Good work. Not voting.
We've already had several polls that included Sanders/Chadwell, so i don't doubt their popularity.
this is a targeted poll toward the coaches with positive P5 history.
guess i'm one of the few that thinks this is the best direction for the GT program.
Sanders winning at FCS level with superior talent doesn't prove P5 coaching skills.
Are you sure you don't have a little concern that a relatively inexperienced FCS coach could come with a lot of risk at P5?

Bill O'Brien probably makes the most sense.
i wouldn't be excited but i'd be supportive if him.
given the new AD he might be the most likely.
i just hope we exhaust all options for a proven P5 coach before moving on to the P5 coordinators and up and coming FBS/FCS HC's.

Collins has FBS P5 experience. Let’s hire him.

It's amazing to me how some fans think being able to coach is almost unimportant for a head coach. It's almost like they didn't spend 3 years watching Collins run talent into the ground.

poll is trash....

BOB if we want a safe Chan Gailey type

Chadwell if we want an offensive genius CPJ type.........yes please.

Deion if we want to go all-in on a flashier version of Collins hire
Deion would break a foot off in someone's ass - something Collins was too chicken öööö to do. That's one of the main reasons I like Deion.

Sad to say but I don’t think we get anybody on that list nor the names that have been add in comments. I think it will be a long time assistant or a middle of the road G5.

I would love to know if Leach would rather coach in Starkville or Atlanta. I still want Garret Riley, OC at TCU and Lincoln’s brother. SMU was better when he was there, the same for TCU now. Of this list, Malzahn and O’Brien would be OK. But, with this poll list I would just as soon we bring back the Old Ball Coach with the visor.

Legit question here. To those that chose Urban Meyer. Why? I get he is a good coach. However; I also recall while he was at UF, a lot of players got into trouble. I recall the same at OSU. I recall him having to step down, from Jacksonville, due to his behavior. I don't think GT wants that. I may be wrong.. But, I rather keep GT's integrity over having him as a coach. I may be the only one that think this....

I will say this. I rather have a coach that can coach, than some rah rah man, that can recruit. Winning will make recruits want to join. The transfer portal can make teams good, in a manner of a year. Kids want to be with winning programs and not with losing ones.
