Watching games like a 3-7 Miss St beat #24 Tulsa, 5-6 Kentucky beating #23 NCSt, and 4-5 Ole Miss currently leading #11 Indiana seems to give some credence to the SEC dominance narrative? Alabama is a class by themselves, so their beating of ND is to be expected.
Of course, Auburn getting beat down by NW and Florida being abused by Oklahoma goes against it.
But watching the lower level SEC teams against upper level teams from other conferences...
Meh... sometimes conferences have good postseason play, sometimes not so much. Don’t look too much into a single year. It wasn’t too long ago the SEC got spanked in the postseason and all the pundits said the conference was weak.
