I remember. I was ööööing there when it happened. I’m not talking year to year results but overall. He did not leave us in better position than when he came. All of those other programs improved and/or we dropped to their level.
 
We definitely tackle better than we used to. I don't know if that's coaching or talent, but that's no longer the major issue it used to be.
