The targeting call was textbook helmet to helmet targeting. I don't know what people are complaining about. You can't hit a defenseless receiver in the head with your helmet.

Is this a troll? He lead with his shoulder to try and hit the ball. Helmet contact was incidental. He was 90* to the receiver when he hit him. If you hit much lower you don't have a chance to knock the ball out.

Duke's QB doesn't make big mistakes. We're going to need to outscore them.

He's already made some bad throws and was fortunate that the batted ball happened to come right back to him because if not, that's likely six points the other way.

It was a penalty under the rule because incidental contact still counts. Basically you're not allowed to hit a receiver downfield until he takes a couple of steps because that's as not-leading-with-the-helmet as you can get.
