Onside kick for the rest of the season

The kicking team can't advance a recovered onside kick unless the receiving team has touched it.

The receiving team would actually have to possess it and fumble it before the kicking team could advance it. Touching or muffing it is not enough.

The best defense is no defense
Defense even more so than offenses predicated on athletes. Big, strong, and fast. And Georgia tech just has not had that for going on 15+ years now. Collins has an influx of talented players. But I’ve got serious questions that Thacker knows anything about coaching.

Thacker is not on an island creating this defense on his own. Any evaluation of Thacker should include CGC as a heavy influence too.

Zero reason not to do this against UGA or ND. The other offenses might suck enough that we can get a few stops.

You have to score to onside kick more than once a game.
