I don't understand why the triple can't be a part of our offense. Get under center and run it. Bring in a wildcat style QB if you have to.

King said the play he ran for 35 yards at the end of the WF game was "basically a triple option".

Almost every college offense should run the option 2-4 times/game. Just my opinion.

The evolution of the option with offenses like Kansas and Liberty still work pretty good. Problem with being a renown godfather of option football that PJ was is that triple option has become synonymous with PJ's version of it. There's hardly any true offensive tinkers left in the game today unfortunately. Monken would be one - it'll be interesting to see how Army looks after working out the kinks with this year's rebuild.
