Paul Johnson Estate Sale

Looked like there was a copy of the idiots guide to recruiting
I did note the book on winning Orange Bowls, Conference Championships, and beating ugag on their home turf without 4 and 5 star players and once where our DB stole one to win the game from a guy who admitted reading at a 3rd grade level when he got there, who btw was their best player on the team.

This is an honest question. I think of estate sales as selling items of somebody that has died. Why do living people have estate sells? Is it usually from a shortage of money? A lack of room or a change in your domestic situation.
He has a house full of öööö he doesn’t want, and doesn’t want to deal with himself, that might have value to someone else.

Wow, he's really acquired a lot of junk. I'm guessing that 2008 Peach Bowl football and 2018 Quick Lane helmet will be tossed into the dumpster.

The PJ Fan Club will go nutz over all that Southern and Navy crap.

Both will get bought. One shipped to LA and the other to MN.

His daughter is out there with the opera. He has a place in NC too, I think.
He's had the place in NC for a long time. Don Shula (RIP) was one of his neighbors.
PJ damn sure don't need the money. Dude's been working the stock market since I've known him. And that's 25 years.

Even if most of the Tech gear is Russell, it might be worth thumbing through.

I am surprised he is selling some of these items.

At the end of Bobby Cremins coaching tenure at Tech, he was extremely kind and let one of my sons and me come to see him at his house. There was nobody there but him and his wife, Carolyn. He was so nice. After we talked a while, he took my son and me up into his attic, which was crammed full of all kinds of Tech memorabilia. He let us both pick out something we wanted. I picked one of his neck ties he had worn during a big win against North Carolina. I can't remember what my son picked. It might have been a game ball that Coach Cremins signed for my son. Yes, I think it was. Then, he took us to lunch. We were not close friends. I mean I only got to spend time with him a handful of times. He didn't have to spend ten seconds with us. He had absolutely nothing to gain from doing it. He was just an extremely nice and good man, and he truly loved Georgia Tech. We told a lot of stories. He smiled and laughed a lot. What a great person.

We should have let him end his career at Tech on his terms.
