Paul Johnson on Flight to Atlanta

From a close friend who attended Army-Navy:

Paul Johnson was on a direct flight to Atlanta, to interview for the Tech job. He also sat near PJ in first class, where he jokingly told Paul: "I know why your on this flight." PJ laughed.

He's back in Annapolis now, but PJ has indeed officially interviewed.

I read somewhere that PJ's agent is in Atlanta, and he was coming here to meet with him to discuss options. He may very well have talked to us, but it's not necessarily the case. Remember too that other schools have done interviews in Atlanta.
 
He'll be our new coach. He's by far the most qualified of any of our candidates.

Maybe RN would rival the experience but clearly PJ knows the GA highschool coaches, GT, recruiting in a limiting enviroment, how to win, etc...

All the focus has been on Muschamp up to now hasn't it? He's DRad's buddy and got alot of good press out of it. No way DRad would hire a 35 year old DC, from UGAy. Too risky...
