Offense had an explosive quarter. That should be a sign of good things to come. UL is almost certainly a bowl team and we put up 34 on them. That is far and away an improvement from where we have been since CPJ left. Kind of funny since our RB rotation look like a group of Abacks.

Defense played soft, but that may have been our best bet against that offense. The 3rd down stops were encouraging.

ST coverage looked good. ST returns need improvement, but we’ll have to see how UL looks against other teams.

Key is going to have to let go of the protect a lead mentality, at least until the final 10 minutes at best. It just isn’t where college football is at right now.
