I hate the losses in 2006---BUT AMEN TO WHAT YOU SAID!And gailey is still our coach.
Not to drag him into everything...but i would much rather be in the position we're in now.

In the student section 1969 Georgia win. Passed out in my dad's car at a gas station at Roswell Road and 285. Perdoni left it all on the field that day.Gary Lee to beat the mutts in 1985. Drew Hill racing down the southwest sideline, and getting thrown under the fence by Ross Browner, to beat the Domers in 1976. Bubba Hoats' last minute INT in the EZ to preserve a 6-0 V over UGAG in 1969. CJ's catch at DV in 2004 to beat Clemson. Dez White's last minute catch and run to beat UVA in 1998.
You are correct--that eliminated whatever was left of the "swagger" in Coral Gables.Dennis Davis INT in 2005 Vs #3 Miami.
Under 2 minutes to go, we're up 4, but Miami has the ball and looks like they're about to score and take the lead. Kyle Wright tries going deep to Greg Olsen, but Dennis Davis reads it and beats Olsen to the ball. Miami is still trying to recover from that loss.
As a boy, William Bell's run against Nebraska. At that moment I knew.
Roddy Jones against UGA long touchdown down the sideline when it looked like we were really stalling.
(sorry this is my first year following GT so I don't have that many)

Was that the start of our winning streak against them?
Likewise, but I gotta say my most memorable play was the endzone fumble of FSU. Will take a loong while to forget the atmosphere of that victory.
Gary Lee 1985, enough said!
Didn't see it listed, but around '98 or so, while Ralph was still our OC, we were lined up in standard I formation against NC State here at home.
The slot receiver went into motion. But he wasn't trotting like usual; he was running down the line of scrimmage. Joe takes the snap and barely turns to hand the ball off as the motion man runs behind him. No one else on the offense moves. The center didn't move except to snap. Joe didn't even come out from under center. It looked like he was audibling to the FB.
The receiver was at least 5 yards down the field before anyone on NC State reacted. It was a 30 yard TD run (or so). To see that play in person was beautiful. It completely shocked the entire stadium.
That....sounds....awesome.....:wow:
Still can't believe the current HC of Maryland was our former offensive coordinator.
We tried it later in the year against UVa. But they were ready for it and blew the play up by pushing the right tackle back off the line, blocking the receivers path.
In mid-70's Jimmy Robinson made a great late game catch in the North end zone on a 2-point pass to beat UNC by 1. It was a great game, maybe 29-28 or 28-27, if I remember.
Best kick - Sisson's FG in Charlottesville in '90.
