I actually didn’t know that. I just thought the ratings were x out of ten. I’m guessing omnipotech thought the same but that’s a guess.

It's not, he just made that up or its the scale he uses. There are a lot of different scales. 0-10 like you mentioned, 0-1 (binary), a relative ranking of everyone pictured, etc.
