People with kids are rarely questioned and a bag of crackers isn't so bulky that it's obvious you are trying to get something in. If they ask me to empty my pockets I will oblige and dispose of whatever they like. I'm not going to argue and hold up the line for everyone else.

None of us know the constraints that all big event managers are under these days. A sporting event is the optimum soft target for the bad guys.
 
Not gonna lie, some of you guys are true fans. Flasks for a noon kick in early-September? I'd be dead by 2pm.

Back before they relaxed the policy, I bought a candy bar from a vendor right there at the stadium. Walk over to the gate. Can't take it in. It was a ööööing candy bar.

I hate ööööing security theater.

Disney has tons of trained assassins mingling in with the crowd in case someone gets out of line. Many of the assassins are in costume.

So does Six Flags. When my step son's friend got busted at Six Flags for shoplifting, it as an undercover security agent that looked like a 17 year old girl.

I was sooooo pissed because I had read them the riot act on the way down about not ööööing around with the Cobb County police.
