Supplemental dumb question -- anyone have a line on a tailgate/pre-game ritual opportunity at the Bowl?

I just got a notice that the pre-game tailgate is at the Firbird Tavern but the time is listed as 3:00 - 5:00. The kickoff is 4:15 Detroit time so I think someone planned for EST instead of CST.
