As to calling a TO to regroup and deal with the screens..

If you have the lead, playing defense, in the final minute as the other team tries to drive the length of the field... calling a TO would be among your last options. You’d really be helping out the other team by reducing the clock pressure on them.

Obviously there’s a time and place for it... but it’s definitely not the first thing you think of.

Not when the receiver is getting out of bounds on every play to stop the clock anyways.

And not when you need a TO to stop them from winning. But it’s not what any coach is gonna be thinking to do there.

i wish i knew as much about as football as the rambling wagon, he seems to know everything. he even has a X&Os play as his avatar to drive the point home. what a loser.

Game's over guys. There is nothing you can do about it. Miami got the bounce on a deflected pass. Could have easily gone our way. If Stewart comes down with the ball on the previous series, the game goes our way. If we stop snapping the ball with 15 seconds on the play clock, repetitively, with the lead, maybe we don't even need Stewart's catch. It's over. It will haunt you forever. NC State 2005. Joe Burns. Up 20 on UGAg. The UGAg flag game.....over and over....this is one of them. I will wake up with the night sweats pleading with God to please stop trying to kill me this way. I have to type with my right hand now because my left arm has gone numb, for some reason. Hello darkness, my old friend...

Pretty sure it is oui.

This. And maybe just maybe after watching all those bubble screens, if Kirby Smart tries to win in November using the same bubble screen over and over we'll get the pick six I was hoping for after the second bubble screen.

Kirby will use the UGAg 2009 strategy of running right up the gut.

Always has some player to blame.

2pt conversion? Great play call, players ööööed up
I actually saw the opportunity as the play unfolded and thought to myself he has a chance to go right after the first lateral but the wall collapsed. What's wrong with pointing out that a couple of players didnt execute properly? Why sugar coat it?

CPJ sez if two guys had done what they were supposed to on the final play to build a wall, it might have gone all the way on the first lateral
To be honest, after the first lateral I did see alot of running room and I thought he might have a chance. Good to know there was actually a design there somewhere and not just, "ok guys, throw the shit around and hope somebody breaks free."
