Harder to win at Duke and Wake than at Georgia Tech? And how is the Atlantic tougher than the Coastal---because we aren't in it?

The coastal hasn't had a good team since we won the Orange Bowl while the Atlantic has had 2 time NC Clemson. Last year specifically you could make a pretty good case that both NC State and Syracuse were also better than any team in the Coastal. So Wakes 3 - 5 conference record was more impressive than Dukes 3 -5 and if you add in 59 - 7 then I would say wake was clearly the better team..
