Recruiting Surprises

What are your best guesses (%) that we have a surprise on signing day. Either good or bad. An example of good would be Tate, or Myles or someone else we pursued but hasn't committed anywhere sending us an LOI. An example of bad would be Aycock going to Auburn or someone already committed to us but still being pursued signing somewhere else.

Any surprises we get on signing day would be negative.

I think most have penciled Aycock in, so him sending us his LOI will not be surprising. So, I would put the chances pretty low.
