Is it too out-of-this-world to hope Denard Robinson comes to GT? Think about it... where else is he going to go, unless Pitt hires Rich Rod in the next couple of days?

Robinson wouldn't last a game in our offense. The guy is Charmin-soft.

Are you serious?

After watching his highlights, do you really believe there is a single program in the NCAA that would not find a way to use him if he would come? Do you really believe that whomever comes to Michigan will not adjust whatever offense they prefer to use him for as long as he will stay at Michigan?

Where else is he going to go? Just about anywhere he wants, but he will probably stay put.

Package QB / situational RB or slot WR is very different from being the QB at Tech, although the under-center vs. shotgun factor mentioned above makes a lot of sense.

Yes, they are. But I was talking about using him at QB.

But GT is not even in the top ten places he could go or would want to go with his demonstrated talents against BCS competition.

Coaches like CPJ are devoted to a particular type of offense, but there are many coaches who would change their offense to fit a particular talent. (Mack Brown would take him in a heartbeat and run the same offense he used with Vince Young.)
 
i hear that Urban Meyer is going to un-retire, take the Michigan job and sign this kid to run the Tebow 2.
