Rest In Peace GTBlazer.
I've witnessed hospice care in my family within the past few months, and I can say a short hospice stay is more peaceful than a long one in the long run. I hope his family is well as they can be at this time.
We lost a good one.

Tied up until June 3rd (recovering from surgery) but I'd be down to grab some drinks after that and relive some good memories in honor of Mark.

I just found out from Lauren that service won’t be until week of June 12. They will hold two, one in Savannah and another one in Atlanta. Again once I get more details I’ll let you know.

The only time I played ADASL soccer was with him. Randomly, actually. No idea he was on the team until I showed up to sub. Played about 3 games together I think.

He taught me to place kick on the field at BDS after a football game once. One of those "storm the fields" games. We kicked south, from about 25 yards. It was evening, but not too cold. I can't remember who we'd just beaten. Might have been in the Chan days.

Knowing it is coming doesn't make it any easier. Got a text from Lauren a few minutes ago that Mark passed away. I saw him last night and can confirm this is a relief. No other words... already miss him. Please continue to pray for the family and friends.

Sad news. I met Blazer at the tailgate. I remember him as a jovial guy who could easily make those around him smile and laugh. He really knew how to troll StinGTalk back in the before times.
