Ron Cherry Reffing the NC game!

First thing I thought of:

And so I was very confused.
 
Oh boy, ACC refs in the NC game. I'm expecting nothing less than an historic bad call which will make people debate the champion for years.
 
OMG!!! It cannot get any worse than this. Not only are we seen as incompetent on the field, but now all will see how incompetent our refs are, too.

Come on Ron, you can do it. I've never seen you do it, but I sure hope you can.
 
How is "control field position" a key to the game? Why don't they just say score points?
 
The moment they announced the refs were ACC refs I couldn't believe it. I just hope they embarass themselves so everyone else understands what we're talking about when we complain about the ACC refs.

And as I'm typing this...they're reviewing a play...for no reason?

That's the "analysis" that Fox Sports brings to the table. It's an embarrassment that they bought the BCS and couldn't put together a better group of talking heads than this. This could start an entirely new thread....

Did we ever get a reason for that review? The blender was going so I couldn't hear the announcers.

On a side note, I don't think the booth officials are ACC. I think they use two different conferences. Could be wrong though.

They said the clock kept running when it shouldn't have. Made sense to me.

And wow they actually called holding. Why couldn't they have done that in our game for the safety in the endzone?
 
The review was something with the game clock. Just now they blew the whistle for the play clock being reset.
 
What the hell? A false start with no time left in the quarter??? Wake up Cherry!!!
 
Oh WTF?!?!? Excessive celebration for a 1st down signal??? What about the dance line that goes on after most tackles for loss?

On a side note, Murphy majors in Recreational Event Mgt. That reeks of Ugaggery!

Even the fools at Fox can't keep track of the downs. UF slams the door on "4th down," then again on the real 4th down. This is teetering on disgraceful.
