Exactly my point. One more week left and it's UGA but nobody even gives a rats ass to see us get outclassed by far superior athletes at every position. It will be FCS athletes vs power 5 this weekend.

It was pretty telling during the coach's show last night when a caller asked about CPJ's offensive philosophy vs Ted's defensive philosophy.

CPJ said that while the buck stops with him he can't and doesn't want to babysit his staff on a daily basis. As he kept on talking, it didn't take much to read through the lines the story plays out like we'd expect. The öööö hits the fan during or after a game, he takes a greater role, fixes it, and then it inevitably goes back to öööö.

That's the crux of CPJ's issue also being his own OC. Between all the outside responsibilities of HC on top of being OC, there isn't enough time for him to properly manage his DC. That guy needs to be able to hold his own. None of the DC he's hired can for one reason or another. They all need CPJ's genius to swoop in and save the day.
