So Herman goes to saban as OC to recycle himself...a revolving door...
Is this true, you think? So Herman goes to saban as OC to recycle himself...a revolving door...
I don’t care what your local Mexican restaurant is serving. Only pointing out that saying “authentic Mexican” is not a determinant for it being “authentic Mexican.” Every “ authentic Mexican” restaurant here is also owned by actual Mexicans (they also own the “authentic Cuban” restaurant) and all are way different from the stuff served in a Mexican restaurant out west.I will make sure to head in this week and tell the mother, from Mexico, that she isn't serving authentic Mexican food that a guy white guy from Savannah, who has never eaten there, says so. She doesn't speak English so I will have to tell her daughter to translate to Spanish for me.
They make their own tortillas and sauces, btw, the hot sauce is the best I've had. You can't buy it in bottles, but they will sell it in the styrofoam containers. Good taste that will light you up after a bit. They also own the Mexican store next door.
I'm sure you're correct, being you're so worldly. Those Mexicans running Estela's are just liars. Plus, JTS has already determined by looking at the building it isn't.I don’t care what your local Mexican restaurant is serving. Also- the local authentic Cubans don’t eat at the Mexican owned authentic Cuban restaurant. They instead go to a place owned by a Colombian chef and say it’s closer to real Cuban food than the Cuban place.
The Colombian place is also the öööö. It’s awesome. My wife and I accidentally went while there was a CONCACAF match vs Chile a few years back and were the only gringos in the place. We stayed the entire game and had an awesome time.
I haven’t even looked at Estela’s. I don’t really care other than to point out that what you view as the good housekeeping seal of approval is bunk.I'm sure you're correct, being you're so worldly. So you just popped off at the mouth before knowing a damn thing about the place because of your need to be correct?I haven’t even looked at Estela’s. I don’t really care other than to point out that what you view as the good housekeeping seal of approval is bunk.
I never said anything about the place. I only commented that “authentic Mexican” is a widely variable term.So you just popped off at the mouth before knowing a damn thing about the place because of your need to be correct?
Ok, foodieI never said anything about the place. I only commented that “authentic Mexican” is a widely variable term.
You don't have to give most boosters that much. For Texas money, I'd give each of the boosters a handy.
I bet, amazingly, the billionaire boosters of Texas feel they are in no way responsible for the mediocrity of Texas over the past few decades. They are successful billionaires. Obviously they should be calling plays and determining who should playYou don't have to give most boosters that much.
Because you're on a road trip or don't have the time to sit at a restaurant, or you're drunk at 2am and want 4th meal. The idea that fast food is somehow comparable to regular restaurants is ridiculous. Both have their place for different circumstances. So yes, people find it off you claim to have never gone to Taco Bell.Mexican food is inexpensive. I work in the Dalton/Calhoun corridor. Mexican restaurants are plentiful here. Estela's in Calhoun next to the concrete plant on 41 has authentic Mexican food at a great price. I highly recommend the steak tacos. With all that good Mexican food up this way, why would I go to Taco Bell?
I would take Tom Herman as GT coach todayTom Herman, while his record at Texas was not stellar (32-18) over four years, he went 7-3 this year. Not too terrible, but he didn't beat Oklahoma. same dance, different song over at Auburn. If you can't beat your rival at least every 2-3 years, it won't be long before you have a pink slip in your paper work mailbox.
Yea, it is called Waffle House. You aren't drunk enough if you don't go to Waffle House at 2am. And, I call pre-BS if you try to tell me you don't want Waffle House at 2amBecause you're on a road trip or don't have the time to sit at a restaurant, or you're drunk at 2am and want 4th meal. Can't win at Texas, but will win at GT?I would take Tom Herman as GT coach today
You will never satisfy Tx, they THINK they are Alabama, he went to 4 straight bowl games with a 32-18 record and was OC at Ohio St when they won the NattyCan't win at Texas, but will win at GT?
Texas is the most likely team in college football to compete with Alabama. They could gold plate their stadium, if they desired. The best facilities. Money is no object. They make Clemson look like Wake Forest. You will never satisfy Tx, they THINK they are Alabama, he went to 4 straight bowl games with a 32-18 record and was OC at Ohio St when they won the Natty

They also serve burgers and fries, because they sell and Americans are moronsThey serve fajitas tacos and burritos. Not authentic Mexican food. Move along
For Taco Bell money, you’d give everybody a handy
That had to be intentional. No way. I have never eaten Taco Bell in my life. Maybe 5 Guys
