Sat Games 11/16

ACC circle of suck continues with UofL giving up 20 yards in penalties with 1 second left to lose on a GW FG by cellar dweller Stanford. UofL falls to 6-4 with that 14 point blown lead in the 4th quarter.

The difference is they need to run up the score for the playoff beauty contest.
When one of SMU’s only good wins (#19 UofL) loses to cellar dweller Stanford, that data point now falls off their resume. UofL is now 6-4 and will be UR. Duke is now their best win with Pitt in free fall mode.

All the more reason to try to win by as much as possible. It's working for Indiana.

Do you think that 4 losses will be enough to get LSU out of the top 25?

Brian Kelly's keister has to be getting a little warm.

ACC is only getting 1 CFP team. Just the facts at this point.

SMU has no room for error. Indiana will likely make the CFP at 11-1 with the likely lone loss to tOSU. That’s the difference.

So Gamecocks play single coverage up 5 with a minute to play on a 4th and long and give up long TD. No safety help at all. Defensive coordinator should be ashamed.

Someone on here told me the other day told me that running into the kicker wasn’t a thing. The flag got picked up but it apparently is. Who can I trust anymore if not a stranger on Stinktalk?

Was it picked up because it wasn't a penalty anymore and the official forgot?

Probably, SMU still going to try to do what they can.
I like SMU. Fun team. I really hope they beat Miami.

ACC perception is their own worst enemy at this point. When watching a game featuring 2 7-2 teams (Clemson-Pitt) and there are 30-40% empty seats in that dump of a Steelers stadium, it has an impact. Miami a Top 5 program not selling out home games has an impact. You get the point.

ACC has a perception of mediocre attendance across the board, which can unfairly impact how people view a team not named Clemson.
