Season Ticket Holder Locations

usually just before a timeout, I just go downstairs to the club lounge for concessions and its typically empty....although more and more people are sneaking friends down there...it sucks b/c its like little daycare down there on sunny days. Wish the AA could figure out a better way to prevent that.

Don't they serve beer there? Seems like the AA is doing their part to increase the problem. :laugher:

yes but you need a club ticket and they mark them appropriately only allowing 2 beers a ticket. Not 100% full proof, but far from peopel just coming in and getting beer. You can't buy it, and need a ticket...

It's impressive that all y'all can remember seat numbers and rows and sections. For the life of me I can't ever remember. I just know where they're at.

And back in the day, we could walk-in with kegs loosely disguised as, well, nothing really. We'd just crowd around it as we walked in. That probably explains why I can't ever remember my seat number.

West Stands, eighth row, on the fifty. 4 seats. That's the best I can come up with.

We are in CL4. Row 14 on the aisle, seats 21 & 22.

i looked up the map online, and then approximated

I finally found out where my tickets would be after my first purchase of full season tickets. I thought it would be interesting to hear where the rest of the Stingtalkers were and if any were near me. We have a group of 18 sitting in 223 rows 17 and 18 on the ends I think 21-30. I was very pleased since I grew up sitting in 223 only a few rows down until my dad changed sections when I went to college.

I'm not going to try to call anyone cheap or what not as theres already a thread on that but I do have to say that within the 18 of us the oldest alum is only 2 years out of school. We all work or go to grad school. I consider it a privilege to support my school whether I have the money or not. If anyone is on the fence I encourage you to man up and cut costs elsewhere. You could pay for it by not paying for birth control, dumping your girlfriend, go to the spank bank, sell your kid, rob an old dawg fan, etc.

As a non-alum, I'll be sitting in a higher Tech Fund area than anyone else in this thread other than the Club seat holders. Sorry guys like me are ruinign the program. Seems odd that you Tech grads don't pony up as much as the non-alums.

What BS are you talking? In the other thread you specifically stated you didn't pay the tech fund, therefore I have to assume you paid the flat ticket rate. In which case all of us in a Tech Fund section would have paid more than you. Even if you did pay for the Tech Fund and paid more than me or anyone else that wasn't the point of my comment or anyone else's reponse to your BS. The point was we pay to support the program, I'd pay it knowing this year we could be 1-11 or 3-8. Its a pride thing, not a pocket book thing for me. Not to mention if you want to count coin you're way in the back of most everyone else here who donates to the school in other non-athletic ways, paid years of tuition, and poored their heart and soul into Tech.

I am in section 103 on row 36....I just got re-seated there...does anyone know how far from the field this is? as in relation to the walk way in the middle?

Thanks

122, one of those seats thats great for about 75% of the game and pretty crappy for depth perception on the other endzone. Probably trying to move next year, but in the section with a bunch of fraternity brothers and we're going to look at moving as group when we're all ready to pony up the extra.

Almost positive it is the first row behind the walkway.

Either 31 or 36 starts there.

Thanks GSU

Thanks for the info...looks like I will be stading the whole to see over the people in in aisle...thats ok...I stand most of the game anyway...

I bought 4 this seaosn instead of 8 so there are 4 good seats on 35YL LW if anyone wants them. My cost went down significantly and I fugure I'll just scalp if I need more tickets. Unfortunately, GTAA, makes less but I couldn't justify the cost as this point in this economy.

Front row of Swarm, right behind the T in TECH. Ah, it'll be my last season as a student.

The way I see it, I'm paying $25,000 a year for front row tickets to football games and floor seats to bball games.
