I think I got another upgrade coming. Pretty soon I'm gonna be able to get moved between the 40's. I might be sitting by myself because no fans actually sit in those seats, but I will have successfully navigated the seating deal without having to pay for my kid's college twice to get there. I can just about smell midfield with all the negative chatter here. See, all things G*C* are not bad, there are some positives like massive availability of good season tickets.

This. I use the game to sober up just enough to keep tailgating afterwards. I definitely appreciate the ST game recaps, because I don't remember half that öööö.

Yep. Been this way for awhile for me, actually.
 
Wife requested we get stinger seats this year, at least my ass won't hurt after the games as much anymore. But one friend decided to get a single season tix next to us. I don't think I'll go back to 4 tickets anytime soon.
 
im in. at this point i just view it as a regular campus tours for my daughters. thats about the only way i can justify it.

Yes, my sons are still interested in "live sport," even if the team isn't very good right now.

I think of memories of going to games w/my dad in the 80s and perhaps, they will remember time w/me fondly as well.

our 9th grader beginning to show interest in attending GT. which is a change. so more time on campus the better.
 
I doubled my season tickets. Hopefully I can get all of them together in the club section. I've got a 16 month old now, and I'll need more seats in the future. When I was a 1 year old uga won a natty, and Tech was pitiful, too. Things change.

Yes, they do but some of us probably do not have time to wait. First game I attended was in 1966. My how things have changed.

It's like the stock market, best to buy in when the news says sell. That being said, in previous downturns when I upgraded tickets a lot of my friends still showed up for games. I'll see this year, but with no Rona if I've still lost 2/3 of my friends to tailgate with I'm going to have to reconsider next year. My dream scenario is we whack the imbecile early, hve a solid hire in the wings and people jump on the bandwagon again in 2023 or 2024. It's a 3 day commitment for me to get up to games being so far away. To get there and only have 4 or 5 friends with their wives, kids instead of 10-20 is pretty underwhelming. There's only the extreme hardcore holdouts left.
