I prefer my solution of hiring a competent AD to further hire competent AA employees.
But if I do get around to providing any feedback to the AA, I'll let them know how bad they were.
you have no say in what AD they hire since you're not a prominent donor whose lack of donations would hurt the AA. The only time they will ask for your feedback is when you decide to not renew your season tickets and the student calling you from the ticket office will ask you why you won't renew your tickets. And when you tell them because your tickets were bent and you were pretty butthurt about it, they will make a note in your account. Then the marketing department will analyze all the reasons past season ticket holders will not renew. If "bent tickets" or the general category of season tickets not looking nice is a category that represents more than or equal to 5% of not renewing they will escalate the issue. Until all of those things happen, I can guarantee you nobody will give a shit. Even if you report it or not renew because of it, they will still not give a shit, because you won't be a significant enough segment of the Tech season ticket holders.
