LaGrange figured it out. I’ll let him explain it.
Well, we’re waiting.

We should not be giving concessions to Georgia State.
We should not be playing home and home with Georgia State.
Refs truly that inept wouldn't have a job. They were told how to call that game.
Todd Stansbury can eat a sack lunch.
We are already tied to UGA. We don't need to also tie ourselves to GAST and limit our future OOC choices. Now if UGA and GT were in the same conference, and freed up an OOC game, I'd be all for it. It does save GT money since a bus from Tech Hotel doesn't have to drive much further to Turner Field, or whatever it is, if we play awayGeorgia Tech-Georgia State needs to become a series
Saturday was just Day 1 in the life of the state’s newest football rivalry, and it already was showing promise even before kickoff at Bobby Dodd Stadium.www.ajc.com

The unfortunately more likely scenario is GT in Sun Belt with GA State which would actually be a pretty fun conference but devastating. We are already tied to UGA. I don’t think it needs to be a yearly game, but it should be a rotation between KSU, State, and Southern for our yearly G5 game. No need to bring Bowling Green down here with zero fans, when we can sell more tickets to locals. We are already tied to UGA. Highly unlikely that ever happens. We are way too rich of a school with too much history for that to happen. The unfortunately more likely scenario is GT in Sun Belt with GA State which would actually be a pretty fun conference but devastating.
The game looked like it was being officiated by a group of guys with big egos that thought they should in the center of attention. Maybe they have self esteem issues. Some of the flags were warranted. But most seemed were not.Well, we’re waiting.
Oregon State and Washington State are basically in the Mountain West and we will never get an SEC invite. I didn’t say it was likely. Just more likely than being in the same conference as UGA.Highly unlikely that ever happens. We are way too rich of a school with too much history for that to happen.
Even he admits making it a regular series has zero upside for us. Win and we get graded on style points. Lose and we’d never hear the end of it.Georgia Tech-Georgia State needs to become a series

Yep, it helps to elevate their program which is why they want to play us so badly. No reason to do that.Even he admits making it a regular series has zero upside for us. Win and we get graded on style points. Lose and we’d never hear the end of it.
We never need to play them, ever again. Especially if the officials are on their side. Zero upside for GT.Even he admits making it a regular series has zero upside for us. Win and we get graded on style points. Lose and we’d never hear the end of it.

The facemask/headshot within a 3 sec span should be enough evidence for disciplinary action to occur. The play where King had his face mask yanked then got a helmet2helmet shot to the back of his head - an outrageous no-call. A couple of phantom holding calls on good GT plays. Just ridiculous.
