Can anyone tell me what Tech caps season tickets sales at? (hate to end a sentence with at). I thought I had heard that 28,000 is the number with another 8000 being for the visting school. Anyone? Anyone?

As it always has been, and always will be, it starts and ends with beating ugag. The ACC sucks. We are in the state of Georgia. If we ever want to get our season ticket sales to where they need to be we need to beat ugag 50%.

It really sucks being in one the most talented football states and not being more competitive than what we put out there. I mean damn, the most talent rich states have several big time programs, we have two. You're right we need to get back to 50%. I hope this happens in my life time. It can happen, how many Aladamnbama fans thought they'd get beat 6, maybe more years in row by Auburn?

All it will take to turn this around is for GT to start kicking UGA's butts on a consistent basis. A lot of people who claim to be die hard dog fans are only dog fans because they win.
True fans will stick to their team no matter what kind of hard times they go thru.
Time was here in Rome, that most people were waving the GT banner and most dog fans were very quiet.
Let us start doing some winning and you'll see ticket sales change, in my humble opinion.

Was when I was out there, we hadn't beaten them in 7 years then went to nad lickerville and whipped them and then came home and beat'em in "The FOG".
It's documented that I can no longer sit in the stands at BDS@HGF due to my run in with another redneck nad licker the year we won 51-48.

Wrong! 85% of the battle is recruiting and we can not attract the same caliber athletes in the quantity necessary given our limited academic choices. This is 110% of the problem with our program.
