Get back to our norm of 6-7 wins with an occasional 9-10 win season, while being competitive in the Coastal, plus continuing to graduate players. Hard? Yep Realistic? Yep
Who’s the coach?
Who is the AD is the bigger question. If we get the right AD, they will find the right coach and they will guide us through the ACC implosion.
Hire someone else. It's not like there aren't hundreds of assistant coaches who would do no worse and would jump on a P5 opportunity. If you want a specific name I would say Monken but I'm not saying he has to be the choice.

Nothing, they're the same. The difference is money for assistants below them and paying players
That is why we need to get to the Big. $50 million per year can work wonders if used strategically.
