So who's CPJ gonna sacrifice at the end of the season?

CPJ has fired 2 DC's since he has been here, 3 if you count Kelley, although that wasn't a firing.

Both of those years we made tha acccg.

Roof is the first CPJ DC to coach the year following an acccg season.

Saying he fires DC's after bad seasons is just plain wrong

Roof would be hard to fire, he has a little history and has put the best defense on the field during his tenure. The defense is not the problem and I don't think CPJ has said anything to that effect. He realizes the offensive is shitting the bed.

Everybody could improve defense and offense.... Just sayin

Offense can't get started because a defensive lineman is blowing in Justin's ear.

Did you know that coit celebrated his sesquicentennial today? I was there for Georgia Tech's.

Yeah, his birthday is tomorrow.

How many DCs did he fire while coaching GaSo or Navy?

None. But after the debacle in the 98 I-AA NC game, he said "I promise you will be better on defense next year."

That spring, PJ took the reins of the defense.

They were a top 10 D in I-AA in 99, and that includes 48 points allowed at Oregon State. (48-41 final, with Southern at OSU's 20 for the last play).

Thanks for that info. I got bad information from Perfectoption on his history at GaSo.

I need him to do that tomorrow, but substitute "offensive line" for "defense."

I was not happy about hiring Roof and was critical of him up to the Pitt game last year, but firing him and keeping Sewak would be pure madness.

He's the OC which directed an all-time, historic offense in all of college football last year (depending on which metrics you select) and has led historical offenses at Tech. Anyone criticizing that aspect of Tech football is beyond an idiot.

And given that true statement, as we sit here today we are since 2008

2 - 5 vs ugag
5 - 4 vs CU Yes!
2 - 2 vs FSU Not bad
2 - 5 vs vt
2 - 5 vs um
And now 0 - 4 vs puke & unc the last 2 years

Maybe there is more to football than having big O stats.

The only way we beat uga this year is if uga shoots themselves in the foot

and the dick and the face.

Then Mark Richt would be fired before getting on the bus for losing to the worst GT team in 18 years.

I'd say that qualifies as a good season.

Probably gonna take a couple of knee shots as well.
