Wow, I’m coming up with 5-7…..

We would lose to LSU,Kentucky, Auburn, and SC???

Has nobody watched LSU's defense this year? We'd have like 500 yards of offense.
 
To me it is telling that so many UGA fans got so upset about such an obvious and undeniable statement. I mean, all MB said was that UGA's season had been disappointing and that Tech exceeded expectations. What kind of idiot would even attempt to argue with that?

I think they're scared of Tech. This bothers them. We may lose to them again, but I think they can see that we're rising and they've levelled off at these 2-3 loss seasons.
 
What amazes me more then anything is that Mark Bradley wrote an article that managed to both praise Tech and put UGA in a bad light. Surely, this is one of the 12 signs of the coming apocalypse.
 
don't worry about it, we are going to play them, nobody is going to care about any records after that.
 
To be fair, MBradley did not consider the most important statistic to compare the two teams. None of the GT running backs have jumped over anyone, so how can he state that GT has had a better year than UGA?

Let’s see…really low expectations, but a 7-2 record equals unparalleled success by UGA because UGA was expected to win. Yeah, makes sense…Oh brother! Yech logic is amazing.
That stellar 10-9 win over Gardner-Webb was exciting and telling. It’s a bad team winning with a weak schedule.
Georgia plays the top schedule in the country loses 2 starting OL and the top DL they have but still sits at 7-2. That’s not underachieving. That’s about what should have been expected. The number 1 ranking was based on those 3 playing the entire schedule. When you are playing so many young guys on the OL, the expectations were unrealistic. It’s just that noone wanted to be honest and admit that more experienced DL’s and teams would bite the Dawgs at least a few times with losses.
Yech would never beat Bama, LSU, Vandy, UT, Uf, Arizona State, Kentucky, or Auburn all in the same season. In fact they would not win 6 of those 8 as UGA probably will do. As far as Yech playing in the ACC Championship game….heck they play in the sorry ACC…they are getting there by default. Would they get to ATL and play in the SEC title game? NO! Would UGA win the division that Yech is in and play in the ACC title game? YES! Look Yech already has two losses but they are still alive….UGA has two losses and they are out of it! Unbalanced comparison between these two teams and programs. Yech is weak and UGA is their Daddy!

I guess he hasn't looked at Tech's depth chart lately. We have been depleted by injuries and already have the youngest team in the ACC. Yet, we are still 7-2. His logic works for Tech, as well.
 
Even the Tech articles in the AJC are always followed by foaming-at-the mouth UGA fan comments. Don't these folks have anything better to do than express idiotic, irrational ideas about anything Tech does. I don't even scroll down below the articles anymore because the constructive comments from Tech fans are always buried in adolescent nonsense from Dawg rednecks. When UGA is not living up to their expectations (most of the time) it must give them comfort to make attacks on Tech.
