Tech's 4 losses are to teams with combined 24-9 record.

Didn't watch BG but that game may be explained by the combination of (a) an opposing coach who is a long-time OC and (b) a bad defense. He was probably able to exploit us easily

Louisville 7-1
Ole Miss 7-1
Bowling Green 5-4
Boston College 5-3

Combined 24-9. All with winning records.

Just an observation.
Wait. So now lowly Bowling Green isn’t considered such a bad loss? Haha

Multiple players have basically said they went in the game not prepared or focused to play them.

We just shouldn’t have lost to bowling green or Boston college. Those were two absolute must wins.
BC is 6-3. Can some of you stop acting like BC was a 1 win team when they played GT already?

BC fans probably felt GT was a win for them like most GT fans felt about BC. Fact is, BC has won 5 games in a row. Only loss was to UofL. They played FSU to the end and were a bad D penalty away from getting the ball back with a chance to pull off the upset. This isn’t the same BC who struggled the 1st 2 games of the season.

UVA beat these opponents:
(They lost to NIU, let me go ahead and add that)
Holy Cross by 3
UVA by 3
Army by 3
UConn by 7
Syracuse by 7.

Yes, BC is terrible. The ONLY dominant win they had was against us.

So in other words, to date BC has already beaten 2 opponents in UVA and Syracuse that GT has yet to play. Hard to be “terrible” when you’ve won 5 straight games. 6-3 is 6-3.

And GT is 4-4 winning a game they shouldn’t have in Miami and losing a game they shouldn’t have in BG. Things have a way of evening themselves out.

If you’re barely beating Holy Cross and Army and losing to NIU, you’re terrible… so if BC is really good like you say, we’re about to get smacked by UVA today.

So by your logic a team who is 6-3 beat GT and has won 5 games in a row is “terrible”, so what does that make GT? You make no sense.
