But yet, he has made millions coaching.
It was weird seeing the fog roll in the way it did. Great win with Gary Lee's KO return for a TD
One of the great mysteries of our time.
Some guys are better players than coaches. Some guys are better coaches than players.
And he has a natty to his credit as a def. coordinator
I think he is considered to be a great LB coach but that seems to be his highest level of competence.
He was a great player at Tech but wasn’t it Jim Anderson that recovered that fumble?
There are a lot of things you can do to get the blockers to block the wrong people. It's amazing these guys that get paid millions haven't figured it out yet.
Ted Roof is a solid coach. He showed that when he had the talent at Auburn. He never had the guys in the trenches at GT.
Are you saying that Southern has better talent than GT?
idk what happened the last time we played them?
I didn’t say that. ESPN says that—-not only Ga Southern but also Ga State.
As good of a coach as Paul Johnson was, it’s heartbreaking how much he suffered trying to get P5 talent. And it wasn’t all his fault. He was committed to GTs high academic standards. He didn’t cut corners or fuss with The Hill.
That’s why a big recruiting staff like Collins, Key et. al. was such a big home run hire by T-Stan.
And that’s why we gotta give these guys lots of patience to get their players in here.
I was there too, and I'm still pissed at Reginald Rutland.
Wat? Most Auburn fans say they won in spite of Roof.
That is what they thought and then this happened right after Roof left:
