The hedges see him coming

"The hedges see him coming and run in the other direction, as if they’re staring at a drum of Roundup."

The article is about how Kirby blew this game (and the season too).

That's why you don't hire a coordinator and go for some head coaching experience...

I tried to do a little quasi-analysis a little while ago to prove a point that coordinators under Saban were a bad hire direct to HC, but in the end it wound up being a 50/50 shot for those who got hired from P5 to P5. Going to a lower tier to grab a high performing HC is definitely the way to go.

Dabo disagrees.

I don't care if Schultz is a UGA homer, but he at least needs to acknowledge that the dawgs were outplayed and outcoached in this one.

Denial is when your conscious self is at war with your subconscious that's calling you out on your bulls***. Schultz will be living with that for 364 days.

Bob Benson = Jeff Schultz?

As I’ve written elsewhere, the more gifted team did not win. The tougher team did. The smarter team did. The Bulldogs will spend days if not months if not decades wondering how this one got away, but the cold truth is that Tech snatched it from them.

The more talented team did not prevail. The better-coached team did. The tougher team did. Paul Johnson’s team did. ... they’re a band of stubborn cusses who refused to let a season that started 3-3 become something dire, and they’re headed for a decent bowl as champions of Georgia.

I think to call UGA's loss a meltdown is a severe overreaction. Both teams showed the ability to strike back, and both teams showed the ability to get some stops today. UGA scored 5 times, we scored 4 times. It just so happens that we got more TDs. Paul made some gutsy calls today. Some worked, and some didn't.

Anyone that tries to place blame on any single player or coach is a ööööing idiot.

ok look, its mister balanced guy.

It was an incredible game, everything you want from a rivalry college football game. I don't care to read a "journalist" taking a dump on a coach just because it is the popular thing to do. I expect him to credit both teams for playing hard, and giving kudos to the winner's coaching staff and players for getting the job done.

I've listened to Shultz whine about the election on Facebook for weeks now. Maybe I'm just tired of his BS?

I will overlook the fact that you are a dude who uses facebook and just ask the question, why would you read his feed?
