Spot on. UConn bring absolutely nothing to the table. And the idea of entering new TV markets is a joke too. Syracuse and BC have proven that.

Do not know why so many seem to want to depreciate the ACC by adding schools with no football tradition, smaller stadiums than us and wake, and even more pitiful (with the only exception being uconn) basketball tradition.

It is almost like a lot of GT supporters WANT to see smaller football crowds. Adding a uconn type school would hurt GT more than anyone else in the ACC.

The ACC let ND school them and I highly ND will join in football any time soon. If there is a way we can kick ND out of the ACC we should. They should either be all in or all out.

As for UConn, given the fact that the ACC was stupid enough to let ND join half way, I wouldn't be surprised to see UConn get invited.

I'd try to get Penn State and, if I'm going for a small school, at least a school around the panhandle (as someone earlier mentioned). Tulane, Houston, Southern Miss. They'd have to commit to big investments in college sports though.
 
Screw PSU. Nothing positive should happen to that cess pool. I want to never and I mean ever be associated with child molesters. They put up Paternos statue and BTW they just added Paternos son to their board. They clearly still don't get the extent to the damage those names mean to the victims. And should have been given the death penalty. The ööööing incompetence and blind eye is still unthinkable. Never wish anything positive for that ööööing place.

I would rather add Georgia Southern, App State or Middle Tennessee than UConn. UConn brings nothing to the table football wise, and this has to be a football move. Any of the schools mentioned have a better football pedigree than UConn.

Middle Tennessee would stand a better chance if they changed from a directional name.

Similar for GSU. Should be Georgia A&M.
