This offense is built for 3rd and 18

But we have wide open receivers running wild on them the last 2 years. Marshall misses a few but hit enough to win. We had auto TDs and TM hit 2 of them.
Marshall misses more than a few and has started finally throwing bad interceptions to boot (it was an anomaly he had zero ints just a couple games ago with his wild inaccuracy). To say he is throwing effectively is not being objective. To be fair, he's not a natural QB so not sure what I should expect? It would be nice to give him some higher percentage throws once in a while. I also wish he would pitch more. So many gives/keeps when the quick pitch looks wide open. Maybe these are designed gives and not reads?

He had one pitch that really seemed to just float in midair for anyone to take. It looked really awkward. The play worked for some yards, but it wasn't pretty

Yeah, that was a freaky pitch. I don't know if he partially lost the handle on the ball or what, but it looked more like he was releasing a dove into the wild than pitching a football.
