Yup. Solomon Boyd, WR from Wyoming, just “flipped” to SC. Portal transfer “commitments” don’t mean anything, it seems.

Commitments don’t mean anything anywhere in college football - just so many wishy-washy players (or parents) who fail to understand the concept of making a commitment and standing by it.
