Nah. Both my girls went to UMD. Students go for the first half to get their loyalty points towards basketball tickets then leave at half time.

It has been done before... Villanova dropped football in 1981 (after NFL HoFer Howie Long finished) only to bring it back in 1984.

This is the most press for UConn football they've ever had. Their whole program is on life support. Stupid pro sports style decision to expand your program while moving your stadium 40 miles from campus to a polluted field in a blue collar burb that's close to nothing.
